I want to add IAP to my rpg.But when I look for some assets for iap in unity,they said that if I want to validate IAP I have to give them the ID of my game object that I want to sell.So any help to sell gold to buy items from vendors?

Hi! Been working on the intro to my game and am nearly ready for gameplay! I need to do an important test next. 

So basically I want the player to be given a contract to craft an item. The description is vague so they have to interpret the order and get as close as possible to desired item. 
Meaning, you can give the NPC any item and the game rewards you based on how close to the desired item was. 
My question is, how can I allow the player to give an npc any item? Is that possible using the toolkit?
To just let the player click on an item and 'give' it? Then the game makes some comparisons.

Could I have an event run on item use to check and see if the player is next to a customer? Then run a quick dialogue "are you sure?" And then make the comparisons?

Okay, most of this works. I just don't know how to let the game know which item is being given without making a unique event for every item on-use

  Player animations don't play at all

Don't worry!
I got it working - not sure how though...


This is a problem that I have had since starting to play with RPGAIO a couple of weeks ago.
I can't get any of the Player animations to play!

Walking, running, combat, the player just remains in the default pose.

I'm reporting this as a bug because, after trying everything else, I have also gone into the source to try to figure it out (in the '/Beta/NewImplementation/' scripts)
It looks like the Player animations are not being pushed to the action queue in the RPGController.

Since no one else has mentioned it I assume this is a recent bug (1.5.2 which is the first version i downloaded - I didn't upgrade from a previous version)
And I'm using Unity 2018.2

Initially I ignored this problem it while I was learning the configuration - assuming that I had made a mistake.

Anyway I have gone through the tutorials over and over again and recreated the player character several times each without success.

Oh, and enemies do play animations correctly, which is weird

Of course it could always just be my configuration.
If anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to hear them!

  'Important Update' window bug

This is a super annoying problem

The 'Important Update Info' window is partly off screen and there is no way to close it or move it.
The only way to get rid of it is to close Unity.

The screenshot shows the issue...
As you can see the window is in the bottom right corner


Could you please make the window centered or movable

I have some suggestions for calculating XP

Multiply XP
Each level XP is a multiple of the previous level

Round to Nearest
Round XP to a whole integer like 5 or 10
This might be based on the result of rounding the previous value


1.5x multiplier
Round to nearest 5

  • 1: 100
  • 2: 150
  • 3: 225
  • 4: 340 (rounded up from 337.5)
  • 5: 510

2.5x multiplier
Round to nearest 10

  • 1: 100
  • 2: 250
  • 3: 630 (rounded up from 625)
  • 4: 1580 (rounded up from 630*2.5 = 1575)
  • 5: 3950

  Spawn and fps

How can I spawn more mobs without losing FPS? I spawned 22 mobs and lost 80-90 fps. 

Error in the RPG controller. It reduces so much fps.

This may already be possible, but I couldn't find a control setting to make it work. I really like the control schemes in games like Everquest 2 and Lord of the Rings Online and RPGAIO seems to be really close to having this capability, but not quite. First, as stated in an earlier request, holding both mouse buttons to move forward should also hide the cursor, but also I should be able to hold down right mouse button and perform mouse look to inspect the scene. I hope there is already a way to do this, but I couldn't find it.

  SALSA Integration

I'd like to see dialog have a SALSA integration so that we can not only play audio file, but have it play through the SALSA lip-syncing system. I'm sure I can make my own node for this, but it would be nice if the script was provided as an import option for users who own SALSA.

  Costume Designer Feature

I've been experimenting with the costume designer and it's really nice, but right off the bat I found a feature that could make things easier. The character I'm testing with is wearing a hooded robe and each part of the robe is a separate object even though they share the same material. In order to customize color for this I have to create a separate color visualization item for each part. Now, in some cases I might want that. But it would be really nice if I could consolidate those into a single Robe Color visualization and have a list of the parts that are affected by that color. Then the player could select a single color and it would apply to all the robe pieces at one time.
